“The most significant way in which humans waste energy is in the form of heat… Waste heat recovery is the process of harnessing this thermal energy and re-using it. I have chosen to photograph heating, ventilation and air conditioning units and to use the effect of thermal imagery in order to portray their huge potential for heat recovery.”
